| As an environmentally
conscious company, Akors© makes a concerted effort to continually optimize our
green practices. What does this
mean? Any time we find a new or
more effective way to clean using either recycled, reusable, or biodegradable
products, we do. For example, the
pressure washing chemicals we use are biodegradable. We choose to surface clean with reusable rags instead of
paper towels. The ingredients used
in our cleaning products often are made from simple components found in nature. Akors© also chooses manpower and
hands-on cleaning techniques over high-emissions street sweepers or machines.

All our
brochures and collateral materials are produced by a local printer on recycled
paper using eco-friendly ink. We try to invoice customers electronically rather than using
printed bills and offer the same alternative for bill payment.

In addition to environmentally conscious business practices,
our company recognizes the value of giving back to the community in support of
restoring and revitalizing the environment around us.

| Akors© is an active contributor to the Chesapeake Bay
Foundation that works cooperatively with government, business, and citizens in
partnerships to protect and restore the Chesapeake Bay. We also consult with our clients
to help increase their social responsibility to the environment through green
business best practices.
